退款政策

What you need to understand is that since each of our products is made according to your order, we do not accept returns .

Unless the product you received was damaged during transportation or due to an error in the production itself. You need to send pictures and emails to contact us within 5 working days after receiving the items, and explain the situation, we will communicate with you to solve the problem according to the situation.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed wrong by us shall be borne by us.

Damage and problems
